If I had to give Select Home a rating it would be 4/5. Definitely satisfied with the Tex cote finishing on my home and replacing of damaged wood. My house looks outstanding! Project did take longer than expected due to crew call ins and rescheduling (painters, electrician) etc. Project manager was very ameniable and at times hard to get ahold of. Would definitely recommend but stand your ground with SHI especially pricing and potential change orders.

Select Homes has completed two different projects.. recently I had my house re-coated and it looks beautiful. Besides the final product, they took the time to remove and replace rotted wood, sealed all the cracks, and filled gaps around the foundation. Communication with the crew was great, Ruary, Jesus, Juan, Angel and Carlos were awesome.

Great experience. Great communication. The actual workers were the KINDEST guys and we were very grateful for them. No surprises and very professional. Even when we needed to adjust, we came to quick resolutions.In transparency, the product is a bit pricey but for good reason. Lifetime warranty on the paint with meticulous laborers and great attention to detail. Even the Sales Guy was CLEARLY experienced and nailed the whole job/estimate on the first visit.

About four years ago I put together this program to fill in almost all my windows in my house with double pane glass and protection against heat and cool cooling. I am overwhelmingly satisfied with the program first of all a person that came to help out her to put together the Windows and install them was a very friendly and very helpful person. Where do I start, Select Home improvements is a top notch company. They are very professional , respect everyone’s time. Time is a valuable. thing ! This company has been in the home improvements business for over 15 years. I was really impressed when I looked them up. High quality reviews and respectable quality windows. We hated our old aluminum windows. They are lousy and would be unbearable during the summer. My house would get really hot. Devin is the sales representative that came over to my house. He was top notch and answered all my questions. Eeron project manager and his installation crew were top class. We had 18 windows replaced and 1 slider. I LOVE my new windows! They look great and I already can tell its cooler inside. The installation crew was on-time (actually early) and very professional. They finished everything by 3pm-I was expecting it to take the whole day-I have 10 windows including a window seat, sliding door, and garden window! They even vacuumed before they left. This was my first big home improvement project, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Eron from Select Home Improvement was able to help us include the garage roof into our roofing package. My wife was very happy about that because she said it would look incomplete. The roofers & suppliers were delivered on time. The job was completed in three days. Just one hiccup, workersaccidently touched our air-conditioning& we didn't have air for half a day & all night. The electrician came 8:00 next day & fixed the problem. Our roof looks great , thank you Select home improvement for a great job!

Select Home Improvement replaced all my windows and sliding glass doors and I hired them to apply texture coat to the exterior of my house. They also replaced the wood trim on my house as needed. Select did an excellent job coordinating with my solar electric company scheduling removal and reinstallation of my solar panels as well as removal and reinstallation of my rooftop solar water heating system. Alex did a great job repairing previous water damage to my roof and even protecting the roof from rain when a storm interrupted the project. Cleanup could have been a little more diligent. All in all I'm very pleased and would definitely recommend Select Home Improvements to family and friends

We can't say enough about this company and our windows!!! First of all our windows look amazing! But the looks aren't even the half of it! They sound amazing!! I know that sounds weird but it's true! You don't hear them when you open and close them. The neighbors can't hear the dog's tail hitting them when we come home. The neighbors can't hear us going in and out. And most of all, we can't hear the soccer games and the baseball games going on at the park next door - and here's the best one....we can't hear the freeway noise on the other side! All these years we thought we lived in a pretty quiet neighborhood, it is amazing how much sound we really do have here but these windows completely knock it all out. They are truly amazing!!The team that provided us with these amazing sliders and windows is awesome too! They are all very professional and knowledgeable. Every last person we talked too. From the guy who was walking the neighborhood that came by and asked if we would be interested in talking to someone about getting windows, to Tony who came over after we got out of work and did the initial pitch and brought samples, to Mark who did the measurements and inspection, to Aldo, Alberto and Freddy who did all the work of installing it in under 4 hours!!!! Oh and i can't forget the team that we talked to on the phone, the schedulers, the ordering team and the processors. Not once did we run into any uncertainty or odd little problems where we needed to question this company's standards or ethics.The only real problem we ran into was the threat of rain. And by the newscasters reports it was to be the biggest rain of the month, with torrential down pours, thunder, lightening and flooding. The crew still came over despite the rain in the morning and finished the job. The rain wasn't going to stop them. This crew was dedicated. They were clean workers too! After they were done, you couldn't tell we had any work done to our home. They even put our old blinds back up.We would most definitely refer this company to any of our friends and neighbors - 100%!!!!Thank you Select Home Improvements!

Select home improvements did an outstanding job. They made my house look like new. All my neighbors have been asking me who painted my house. I have no problems telling them that select home improvements is the sh@!. Not only that they gave me a smoking deal.

We had Select install a new furnace and air conditioner. Rich was very good with his presentation of the company and American Standard. Select is the first company I would recommend for work on your house. Everyone I dealt with was helpful and polite. The crews were great and worked efficiently. There was a rattle when the funace started but they came right out and tightened everything down. They told me to call if it starts again. I am very pleased with how everything turned out.

Great Service. The windows look nice, clean and are very good quality. The workers who came to install were very friendly , and cleaned up after work was completed.

I love my new windows! They are beautiful inside and out. They keep the heat out on hot days and the noise out all the time! The company has been great to work with from start to finish. Always very professional and thorough and fast.

I had Select Home Improvements replace five of my windows with the Anlin dual pane window. I am very impressed with the quality of the product and everyone involved with the process of getting the work done. The windows look great.
