General Manager

He oversees Sales, Production, Admin and IT departments. He also works with our Marketing Partner, to help improve quality and quantity of Appointments. He has been with the Company over 10 years.

Production Manager

Rick is responsible for all jobs being built to code per each unique contract. He is responsible for collecting all pay-ments in full. He manages the production office staff as well as the project managers in the field. Rick is the go-to product knowledge source for the Sales Reps. Rick has supervised the build-ing of over 20,000 home improvement contracts with Select since 2009.

Nichole E

Payroll manager

Nichole is our Payroll manager and our HR manager. She also is responsible for prepping the Payables for the CFO to pay. Nichole takes the deposits to the bank and enters them in QB for the CFO to reconcile. When she isn’t busy, she does the daily PACE reports and functions as assistant to the CEO. Nichole is our multi-talented office Manager and has been with Select for 11 years.

Marshall H

Marketing Manager Nevada

Marshall runs our new Marketing call center in Nevada. He has been in every marketing job we have; from Marketer to Confirmer, to Lead Desk for 8 years, and now opening & managing a new marketing office in Nevada. Marshall has been with the Company for 10+ years.

Marketing Manager

Justin runs half of the Marketing call center. He is responsible for providing the Lead Desk with daily confirmed appointments. He supervises the Marketers, Confirmation department, and the Rehash department. Justin has been with the Company for 10 years.

Lead Desk

Leo manages our Lead Desk. He is “Air Traffic Control” for all of our Sales Reps. He issues the appointments and records the Dispositions: De-mos and Sales. Leo is the center hub of activity between Marketing, Confirmation, Sales, and Production. Leo has been in several key posi-tions with Select over the last 11 years. He is cur-rently running our multi million dollar Lead Desk and has been doing so for the past 4 years.

Is a licensed Independent Sales Rep for Select Home Improvements. He is a proven Million Dollar Sales Rep and has been working with Select since 2018. He is trained in Windows, Texcote Supercote, Duralume patios, Owens Corning roofs and other home improvement products. He is able to explain all financing op-tions to the homeowner. He covers OC and In-land Empire.
