Duralum materials are free from defects and will not chip, peel, flake or blister under normal conditions and Duralum will either replace the defective product or refund the full purchase price of the product. Please ask for complete warranty details.

Yes, you do and we will take care of the necessary paper work for you.
You can stand on the lattice patio cover and on the insulated patio cover. You cannot stand on the non-insulated patio cover.
The end cuts are: miter cut, bevel cut, scallop cut and corbel cut. Please take a look at our variety of end cuts HERE.
No, our expert installers do the work for you. The benefits are knowing the job will be done right and your installation will comply with rules and regulations as well as the manufacturer’s warranty.
It depends on the size of the project. Waiting for materials might take up to 2 weeks. Once material has arrived at our warehouse it will take 1 to 3 days installation time.

Not usually. Although, the front and back side plates attached to the post can be dented, but they are easily replaced if that happens.
Yes the insulated roof has a fan beam channel to support a fan

Your patio cover is anchored to your house wall and sealed and flashed properly.
It is much more durable. It won’t burn, crack, peel, or warp, like wood.
