Excellent company to work with.As with any big purchase you get a little nervous but Eron Macias was very thorough when he met with us and walked through our home and explained everything that they would be doing during the installation. Select replaced my roof and gutters, doing an excellent job. Roof came out beautifully. Christian Simmons explained the contract in detail and made sure everything that was needed was included. Eron Macias arranged the work to be done and the crew he sent did an expert job. Eron was easy to work with and responded quickly to my calls. I wouldn't hesitate to use Select Home Improvements again.

I hesitated to get new windows at my house due to the expense and anticipated hassle, but I knew I needed them because mine were installed in 1975. I received a call from Justin, and he told me about Select Home Improvements, and I agreed to meet with him. He showed me a sample of the window, which I liked, and then we discussed financing. He was able to work out a plan that fit my budget. The project manager, Brett, visited me the following day, took measurements of the windows, and in a few weeks the windows were ready to install. The installers were great! They were friendly, professional, fast, and thorough. To my surprise, this entire experience was hassle free and everyone involved in the process was great to work with! I highly recommend this company.

I recently got a window project for my mother’s 1960 build home that had single pane windows that we switched to double pane windows and I have to say this was the most amazing and biggest improvement to her home without a doubt! From the temperature difference and even sound muting was a total game changer to our home’s environment. Jasen did an amazing job helping us with programs to reduce the costs as well which was massively appreciated. I met a lot of project managers throughout my history of property management and Eron Macias was without a doubt one of the most outstanding and hard working guys I’ve ever met! He showed up to confirm the measurements and verified with my mother and I what was going to be done and constantly ensured us of all the details of the windows and guaranteed he would walk us through any problems we may have in the future with them. Throughout the process he was the main go-to person to call and he was always on-top of making sure his guys were able to finish the work as well as confirmed if they did their work and the results were satisfactory for both my mother and I. I honestly think without talking to Eron about the warranty and details about the home we may probably have discontinued the deal since the warranty and the costs itself was a bit concerning originally to us. In the future I look forward to continue working with Eron Macias for future projects for the rentals with all our future upgrades and needs. I couldn’t be more thankful and happy to have stumbled upon this company randomly off of the internet.

Had windows installed in September of 2023. Amazing how much colder my place is than with the windows I used to have. I even saved roughly $600 from 2022 energy prices for the couple of months I have had the windows!

I actually received a call from this company letting me know about the amazing deals they had going on for seniors. I was intrigued and set an appointment with them. They sent out a rep. named Christian and he was delightful. He showed us the windows by Anlin and went over pricing and needless to say I was shocked at how great the product was but moreover the price. I put my deposit down that day and have been over joyed with my new windows. I highly recommend them to all.

Everyone one that I communicated with was professional and courteous. Jason did a great job explaining the painting process and it’s benefits without pressure of commitment. Eron assisted with the selection of the paint and communicated when issues arose to address them expeditiously and with efficiency. Martin and both Juans (apologies, I forgot each of their last names) worked professionally and with precision; painting the house to the exact specifications. They returned two days later after the initial finished job to do touch ups and ensure it was to the client’s satisfaction. Eron returned once everything was complete to do a “walk thru” to ascertain the work. The individuals at the central office also were courteous and very communicative to questions that I had.Thank you again everyone for your time and quality of work!!!

Dean Felix came out and did a presentation on the windows we were very hesitant because we thought at first they were scammers our Windows have been single pane since 1976 when the house was built I am so in love with these windows and I want to thank Dean Felix for coming out and answering all the questions that my husband drilled him with and if I had to do it over again I would really have Dean come back and do another presentation because it was so cool

Dean Felix is my salesman who went over with me of all the different window options. I'm so thrilled with my new windows that I'm looking forward on doing more. Thank you.In December I had my double dual pane windows installed and what a difference it did make! It did reduce noise from my neighbors and I've seen a difference on my PG&E bill. Now it's February 2023 and I contacted Dean Felix again. Dean worked out all possible savings for me. I now am having Dean's crew come back and install 4 more dual pane windows. This makes a total of 7 windows for my home. Thank you Dean Felix with Select Home Improvements for making it, also affordable for me.

The crew and sales representative were very personable. The sales rep. Dean Felix was very professional in that he took the time to sit and explain all the features and value of the windows that we chose to have installed into our home paying particular attention to the fact that we wanted the same style of bay windows. Secondly he also took the time to return to help us complete the window upgrades on our home ensuring that we received every discount available to us. The installation crew ran by Sean again were very professional and personable. They installed 5 windows completely and weather sealed and hung one bay window. They came back the following day to complete the first bay window and completed installation of the second bay window, we are very pleased with the product and the entire crew from sales rep Dean Felix and install crew ran by sean.

My experience with this company has been top tier; from the moment they arrived to my home it was straight to Business and professional witch is a necessity when you yourself have a busy schedule you have no room for unprofessionalism. Given that there was a weather heat wave warning of 115 degrees that day, that didn’t stop them. I loved how they cleaned up after themselves and left no reason to be disappointed or dissatisfied, my windows look amazing right away I could feel the difference in the temperature of my house. I can now save on electricity because my AC unit doesn’t kick on as much do to the quality of the windows. Thank you again Select Home Improvements!!!

I was referred to Select Home Improvements by a family member of mine. Thomas Brunner was the sales rep i dealt with. He was very professional and respectful. He was very knowledgeable regarding windows and installation. The crew was on time on installation date. They did a fast and good job. The mess was clean before they left. My windows look great. They didn't do all the window trimmings even though it said window trimming on contract then they gave me another quote to do the window trimming but never call back. Then a few months later they call and said I got a promo code to get my windows replaced that's why they didn't get back to me on finishing the trimming so I turned them down. My house has 3 different colors the trimming is green old color and brown and the house is an ivory color. If the house wasn't 2 stories I would do it my self but I am 63 with many medical issues and should not be on the roof that's why I called the professionals and the finance company is whole other story. 😣 ps. Apparently window pane trimming is not considered to be trimming what?

The three Brightwood Construction employees were fantastic ! They had their own jobs and worked efficiently and quickly. first and foremost Select Home is A GREAT COMPANY ! the Marketing Director Thomas and salesman Juan were very honest, and made sure we understood the program and the quality of the windows very honest. Brett the project manager did a fantastic job in making sure the windows were measured correctly and were the right ones installed.The installers Shawn and his crew were so professional and so clean really appreciated their hard work.
