You can stand on the lattice patio cover and on the insulated patio cover. You cannot stand on the non-insulated patio cover.
Can the insulated roof support a fan?
Yes the insulated roof has a fan beam channel to support a fan
Does the solid cover come with a gutter?
Yes it has a gutter and Downspout.
How long will the project take?
It depends on the size of the project. Waiting for materials might take up to 2 weeks. Once material has arrived at our warehouse it will take 1 to 3 days installation time.

How is it attached to the house?
Your patio cover is anchored to your house wall and sealed and flashed properly.
Is it as strong as wood?
It is much more durable. It won’t burn, crack, peel, or warp, like wood.
