Duralum materials are free from defects and will not chip, peel, flake or blister under normal conditions and Duralum will either replace the defective product or refund the full purchase price of the product. Please ask for complete warranty details.

It depends on the size of the project. Waiting for materials might take up to 2 weeks. Once material has arrived at our warehouse it will take 1 to 3 days installation time.

Not usually. Although, the front and back side plates attached to the post can be dented, but they are easily replaced if that happens.
Your patio cover is anchored to your house wall and sealed and flashed properly.
You can stand on the lattice patio cover and on the insulated patio cover. You cannot stand on the non-insulated patio cover.
